LearnHive is a monthly or annual subscription that gives your child full access to the AI Hive plus live online classes. This page explains your free week, auto-renewal on paid plans, how to cancel, and when refunds apply.
Cancel anytime, in one click
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Profile / Account page. Cancelling always stops future charges — and when a refund is due, we issue it automatically.
Your first week is completely free and no credit card is required. It includes a free live class, and nothing is ever charged during your free week. You are never billed automatically when it ends — you only pay if you choose to enroll in a monthly or annual plan, whenever you're ready.
By enrolling in a monthly or annual plan, you affirmatively agree that your subscription automatically renews — monthly or annually — to the card on file until you cancel. We show you the renewal date and the amount before you are charged. You can cancel at any time to stop future renewals.
If you choose a monthly subscription you may cancel whenever you like. Cancellation stops the next charge, so you won't be billed for the following month. Because each charge covers a full month of access, the current month is not refunded.
The annual subscription is automatically refundable until either your learner completes the Hive tutorial or 7 days pass from the start of the annual subscription — whichever happens first. After either of those, the annual plan is non-refundable, because the core learning value has been delivered. If you qualify, the refund is issued automatically to your original card.
Cancel anytime from your Profile / Account page — look for Cancel Subscription. The cancel completes in a single click and stops all future charges as described above.
When a refund is due under the rules above, we issue it automatically to the card used for payment — you don't need to email anyone. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for it to appear on your statement. Questions? Email support@dataguyacademy.com and our team will help.
